Flat. The real decision is not the meter — there isn't one — it's whether the Jobber-native tier is worth $100 more than calendar booking, which for a Jobber shop replaces manual re-entry of every call.

The strongest published Jobber story among standalone answering services: native on Growth. ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro are Zapier-fed on that plan, per the vendor — which moves call details, and is not the same as booking onto the dispatch board. Ask which one you're getting.

- What does 'unlimited' exclude — concurrent calls, call length, anything?
- On the Zapier path, what lands in ServiceTitan: a booked job, or a note?
- Can I hear how the spoken-summary transfer sounds to my on-call tech at 2 a.m.?
