AI FRONT DESK · VOICE + CHAT + SMS

My AI Front Desk (now Frontdesk)

An AI front desk that goes beyond the phone: voice, web chat, SMS, and forms drawing from one credit pool, with a built-in CRM. Recently rebranded from My AI Front Desk to Frontdesk on the vendor's own site — same product, new name on the door.

DIRECT LINK NOT YET TESTED

Link type: DIRECT — we have no affiliate relationship with this vendor yet, so the link below pays us nothing. When that changes, the badge on this page changes to AFFILIATE. That badging is the deal, on every tool page we publish.

Status: listed — not yet hands-on tested. This page carries the vendor's own stated facts and published pricing, checked and dated by us. Our hands-on test of this tool is in the launch test queue; the verdict lands first in the newsletter and this page gets updated the day it does. Get the verdict by email.

What it does (vendor-stated)

Feature claims above are the vendor's own, from its published materials — not our test results.

Published pricing — checked October 2026

PlanPublished priceWhat's included
Basic$20/month ($16 annual)Chat/SMS/forms and workflow tools — published with zero voice minutes
Business-in-a-Box$99/month ($79 annual)200 voice minutes plus the full channel set; extra credits auto-reload at $10 per 1,000
Partner / EnterpriseCustomAPI access, custom integrations, lower per-minute rates

Credit-based, not plan-minute simple: voice, chat, and SMS all draw from the same pool, so a chat-heavy month eats phone allowance. The $20 tier is real but does not answer the phone — voice starts at the $99 tier.

Works with the software you already run?

Its own CRM is the center of gravity; outside connections run through Zapier (Business tier). No native Jobber, ServiceTitan, or Housecall Pro integration is published (checked October 2026).
